Required By submitting this application, I/we understand that there is a non-refundable credit/check process fee of $35 and that a security deposit of $400 for a 1 bedroom apartment or $500 for a 2 bedroom apartment is required. I/we understand that if the applicant fails or refuses to occupy apartment, that the lessor and owner shall be entitled to said security deposit. I/we further understand the security deposit is only refundable if one of the following criteria is met:

  1. This application is rejected by the management;
  2. If applicant notifies management of cancellation within 48 hours of applying; or
  3. If all the terms and conditions of lease agreement are fulfilled.
