Paul Bush is part of Wiggin Properties’ Retail and Office team responsible for helping tenants and owners with their leasing and expansion plans. He assists clients ranging from small retailers to anchor tenants. Paul also assists the Stewart-Patterson team in leasing and selling affiliated and non-affiliated retail, land and office properties in the greater Tulsa metro area.

Paul leverages his expertise as a former commercial real estate Financial Analyst and Transaction Manager to help maximize deal profitability for his clients. Paul applies his due diligence and underwriting experience to identify properties, analyze competing properties and spaces and negotiate contracts and sales for his clients.

In addition to his successful career in commercial real estate, Paul also helped launch a successful, multi-location business in Tulsa serving as the company’s President. He also served as Vice President for a 9,000 acre cattle ranch overseeing operations. In both roles, Paul was responsible for lease negotiations which gave him the opportunity to gain the tenant’s perspective in commercial real estate deals. Paul has sold multiple businesses and real estate prior to joining Wiggin Properties.

Since moving with his family to Tulsa in 2016, Paul has become an active community member joining the Tulsa Garden Club, Tulsa Foundation of Architecture and is a member of the Toastmaster club.

Paul holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO. He received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
