Matt Ralls is a key broker on the Wiggin Properties Brokerage Team. He serves as the lead broker for leasing of more than 500,000 SF of office and medical office space in the Oklahoma City market. He has been named a Quarterly Costar Power Broker multiple times and recognized for several transactions.
Matt leverages his experience in banking, acquisitions, property preservation and strategic planning to help clients acquire and market property for lease or sale. Matt's unique perspective as an owner and investor in real estate allows him to treat every project with careful consideration and respect. Matt has provided brokerage services to investors, owners, and tenants of commercial office space, industrial buildings, land, and retail properties. He has represented parties on all sides of a real estate transactions including buyers, sellers and lessees. Matt’s experience gives him the ability to negotiate the best outcomes for his clients.
Matt is active in the community serving as a member or board member of many service groups including the Uptown 23rd District Association, Positive Tomorrows, Class 38 of Leadership Oklahoma City, Historic Preservation, Inc., and the "Pistol Pete" Alumni Association. Matt is a former member of the United Way Emerging Leaders and the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City.
Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Oklahoma Christian University.
