Wiggin Properties Negotiates Purchase of the White House Office Building

(Oklahoma City)  Greg and Gwen Kaiser recently sold the White House Office Building located at 900 N.E. 63rd Street in Oklahoma City to Able-Whitehouse, LLC for $1,235,500.  The 11,500 square foot building and the surrounding 2.3 acres will serve as the new office of the Abel Law Firm.

The 2-story building, which was originally built in 1930, was the original estate of Mr. & Mrs. Harvey Everest.  It was completely rebuilt in 1989 after the interior was destroyed by fire.
