(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties recently negotiated the sale of Ultimate Storage, by 36^th Street Properties, LLC, the seller, to SOK 2 Investments, LLC, the buyer, for $1,717,500.  The property consists of one self-storage facility, containing 56,780 square feet and 392 total units, including regular and climate-controlled units. The Ultimate self storage facility is located at 2201 N. Moore Ave. in Moore , Oklahoma .
