Wiggin Properties Leases 17,536 Square Feet of Office Space

(Oklahoma City) September 2007 – Wiggin Properties renewed 7,735 square feet of medical office space at Northwest Medical Center , an 82,647 square foot Medical Facility located on 3330 NW 56^th Street . The space includes the offices of The Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Dr. A.R. Rody, DDS and the Internal Medicine Associates of Oklahoma City.  Sam Vinall with Wiggin Properties represented the building owner, OKC Northwest Medical, LLC in the lease renewal negotiations.

(Oklahoma City) September 2007 - InLight Risk Management, LLC recently signed a new lease for 8,269 square feet of office space at the 101 Park Avenue building in downtown Oklahoma City.  InLight is an insurance brokerage firm offering evaluation and management services to the healthcare and insurance industries.  Clay Moss with Wiggin Properties represented the building owner, 101 Park LLC, and Dal Shannon represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

(Oklahoma City) September 2007 - The Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System has renewed their lease at Columbus Square located at NW 63^rd and Classen Blvd.   Lesli Leggett with Wiggin Properties, LLC handled the transaction.
