(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties recently negotiated the sale of RitePlace Storage #04, by OK City, LLC, the seller, to M/MD Group V LLC, an Oklahoma corporation, the buyer, for $1,000,000.  The property consists of one self-storage facility, containing 44,556 square feet and 309 total units, including regular and climate-controlled units. The RitePlace Storage #04 facility is located at 4416 SW 3^rd Street in Oklahoma City , Oklahoma .
