Wiggin Properties Announces 1.775 Million Dollar Self Storage Sale

(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties recently negotiated the sale of RitePlace Self- Storage #03, by OK CITY, LLC, the seller, to Cascade Exchange Services, Inc, the buyer, for $1,775,000.  The property consists of a self-storage facility, containing 93,222 square feet and 558 total units, including regular and climate-controlled units. The RitePlace Self-Storage facility is located at 3150 E. Reno Avenue in Oklahoma City , Oklahoma .    Jeff C.
