Wiggin Properties Announces 3.2 Million Dollar Self Storage Sale

(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties recently negotiated the sale of GateKeeper Self- Storage, by Western Avenue Storage, LLC, the seller, to Bankers Exchange Services, the buyer, for $3,200,000.  The property consists of one self-storage facility, containing 54,112 square feet and 330 total units, including regular and climate-controlled units. The GateKeeper Self-Storage facility is located at 8200 North Western Ave. in Oklahoma City , Oklahoma .
