Wiggin Properties Completes $12 Million in Sales and Leases in April and May

Major Tenant Relocates to Downtown

(Oklahoma City) Simons Petroleum, Inc., headed by President Roger Simons, recently signed a lease deal that will relocate the company from the Glenbrook Center East building at 1140 NW 63rd Street into 2 floors at Oklahoma Tower located at 210 Park Avenue in downtown Oklahoma City .  The long-term lease provides the petroleum company with more than 36,000 square feet of office space.

Simons is considered one of the nation’s leading independent marketers of petroleum products, focused on providing comprehensive fuel and lubricant offerings to commercial and industrial partners and related industry services such as hedging and financial management tools, proprietary fuel management applications, and petroleum engineering and testing services.

David Huffman, CCIM with Wiggin Properties represented Simons Petroleum in the transaction and Craig Tucker with Price Edwards & Company represented the landlord.

Harmony Chiropractic Signs New Lease at Boulevard Square

(Edmond) Harmony Chiropractic recently signed a new lease for 1,450 square feet of medical office space at Boulevard Square located at 3431 South Boulevard in Edmond .  Dr. Harmony White specializes in the treatment of scoliosis.  David Huffman, CCIM with Wiggin Properties negotiated the lease terms.

Don Faulkner Negotiates 44,000 Square Feet in the Northwest Metro Area

(Oklahoma City) The architectural and engineering firm of Frankfurt Short Bruza Associates, P.C. renewed its lease for 27,715 square feet at the Paragon Building located at 5801 N. Broadway in northwest Oklahoma City.  The firm has been an anchor tenant at the Paragon for twelve years.  Don Faulkner with Wiggin Properties negotiated the renewal on behalf of the building owner, Paragon Building Associates.
