(Oklahoma City, OK)  Wiggin Properties recently negotiated the sale of 74^th Street Self- Storage, by BeBop Real Estate Investments, LLC, the seller, to Great-West, LLC, the buyer, for $1,935,000.  The property consists of one self-storage facility, containing 53,545 square feet and 383 total units, including regular and climate-controlled units. The 74^th Street Self-Storage facility is located at 1255 W. I-240 Service Road. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.    Jeff C.
