(Oklahoma City , OK ) A local investor group led by a Wiggin Properties, LLC affiliate has purchased 5100 Brookline , a 107,000 square foot, 10-story office building, located near NW 50^th and May Avenue in Oklahoma City .  The building was sold by KBS Realty Advisors.  Wiggin Properties will handle the management and leasing of the property for the investment group with Sam Vinall assigned to the marketing and lease negotiations. 

Wiggin Properties was involved in the ownership of the building (and managed it for many years) before it was sold to the current owner in the late 90s. The building is considered to be a Class B+ office building.  In recent years, the concrete and glass building underwent an extensive renovation, with over $3,500,000 being spent by KBS Realty Advisors. “We believe that the condition of the building and its current occupancy (94.6%) offer us an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the improving market conditions,” stated Chuck Wiggin, President of Wiggin Properties. 

The building overlooks the northwest business community which is the strongest submarket in Oklahoma City .  It offers tenants a prime location with great access and visibility with unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Amenities include a newly remodeled lobby with a granite floor and a common building conference room and a basement deli.
