(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties transacted the sale of two office properties this month to Chesapeake Land Company, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy.

was purchased by
Chesapeake
for $3,775,000. Mr. David A. Huffman, Executive Vice President and Partner with Wiggin Properties handled the transaction for the sellers, which consisted of three Tenants in Common, GGB Properties, LP; Cornerstone Commercial, LCC; and
3217 Larissa Drive
, LCC. Ms. Jackie Hatton of Capital Abstract was the closing agent.

is a two story, multi-tenant property that was constructed in 1972. It was 65% occupied at the time of the sale.
