WIGGIN PROPERTIES RECOGNIZES TOP EMPLOYEES OF 2005 (January 2006)

(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties has announced that Emily Rohleder, Vice President of its Tulsa office, has been awarded its “Employee of the Year Award” for 2005.  Ms. Rohleder oversees the management of the Bank of America Tower, a 288,000 square foot, 32-story office building in downtown Tulsa , the Brook Plaza Shopping Center , and the Madison Square Townhomes.  She is also involved in the recent proposal to renovate the historic Mayo Building in downtown Tulsa into 94 housing units.  “Emily has done a superb job of keeping us focused on customer service,” said Chuck Wiggin, the firm’s president.  “Nobody is harder working, or more committed to delivering results than she is.”

Wiggin Properties also announced that Jeff C. Lester, CCIM, received the company’s “Top Dog, Broker of the Year Award” for 2005.  Lester specializes in sales and acquisitions of mini-storage facilities, industrial properties, and land.  David Huffman, Executive Vice President, said, “As a result of Jeff’s market and product knowledge, Wiggin Properties has become the leader in the state for sales of mini-storage facilities.”  Lester joined Wiggin Properties in 1999 when Property Resource Group merged with Wiggin Properties.  Lester had been a sales associate with Property Resource Group since 1996.
