WIGGIN PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES 4.35 MILLION IN SELF STORAGE SALES (July 2005)
(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties recently negotiated the sale of two self-storage facilities to a
California
based investor. The Store Room #5 was sold by Grant Humphries d/b/a Store Room Self Storage LLC to BEBOP Real Estate Investments, LLC, a
California
self-storage investor for $2,000,000. The facility contains 53,725 square feet and includes 385 regular and climate-controlled units. The facility is located at 1255 W I-240 service road in
Oklahoma City

Simultaneously, Wiggin Properties negotiated a sale between Craig Rodgers d/b/a/ RMR Development, the seller, and BEBOP Real Estate Investments, LLC for $2,350,000. The 329-unit self-storage facility contains 52,100 square feet with an attached state of the art laundry & dry cleaners. The facility is located at
4820 NW 23rd Street
in
Oklahoma City
. The
California
based BEBOP Real Estate Investments is buying the two locations as an investment and a local management company will manage the facilities.
