(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties announced the sale of A Safe Place Storage, a 25,500 square foot, 173 unit, mini storage facility in Sand Springs , Oklahoma to Tracy and Mitzy Hoover of Albuquerque , New Mexico .  The newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility contains both regular and climate controlled units and 21,000 square feet of boat and RV parking.  The purchase price was $1,000,000.  Billy Frazier of Sand Springs was the seller and was represented by Jeff C.
