(Oklahoma City) The former Quebecor World printing facility has been sold by Shea Communications to Waterford Investors, LLC for $4,300,000.  The 220,000 square foot facility is located on 11.25 acres at 5400 NW 5^th Street in Oklahoma City , Oklahoma .  Waterford Investors, LLC purchased the building for investment purposes and plans to actively seek out prospective tenants for the property.  Don Faulkner with Wiggin Properties, LLC and Dana Pike with Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc. of New York represented the seller in the purchase negotiations.  Both firms are members of the CORE Network, a partnership of locally-owned market leading service providers in more than 70 cities across the nation.
