WIGGIN PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES 3.34 MILLION DOLLAR SELF STORAGE SALE (June 2005)
(Lawton) Wiggin Properties recently negotiated a self-storage portfolio sale between Donald G. Gaskins Real Estate Investments, the seller, and MMG, LLC, a
California
self-storage corporation, the buyer, for $3,340,000. The portfolio consists of three self-storage facilities, containing 104,592 square feet. The facilities are Lawton Ft. Sill Self Storage, located at 902 NW 21st Street, some additional flex space located at 900 NW 21st Street, Meadowbrook Self-Storage, at 1222 NW 47th Street, and Great Plains Self-Storage, at 6213 Cache Road,

| all located in Lawton, Oklahoma. The portfolio has 395 total units, including regular, climate controlled, boat storage and RV parking. It will be managed by a local management company.
