(Tulsa) Emily Rohleder has been named Vice President of Wiggin Properties LLC, a real estate investment, management, and brokerage firm with offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.  Wiggin Properties has maintained a Tulsa office since 1984, and has managed properties for a number of clients including Connecticut Mutual Life, Aetna Realty Advisors, New West Federal Savings and Loan, JSPP Corp., and Bank Tower Limited Partnership.  Wiggin publishes semi-annual market surveys of the Tulsa office market, and is a founding member of the CORE Network, a partnership of independently owned companies in more than 70 cities nationwide.
