WIGGIN PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES SALE OF DOWNTOWN TULSA LANDMARK (December 2005)

(Tulsa) The Bank of America Center located at 15 West 6th Street in downtown Tulsa was recently sold by Bank Tower Limited Partnership to Narragansett Properties, LLC, a California based investment group for $14.38 Million.  Known for many years as the Fourth National Bank Building, it continues to house the Oklahoma headquarters for Bank of America, and is the headquarters location of Latigo Petroleum, and a number of other oil and gas firms, law firms, and other companies.  The top three floors are occupied by the Summit Club.  Wiggin Properties, LLC will continue to handle management and leasing responsibilities for the new owner. 

Chuck Wiggin, President of Wiggin Properties, negotiated the sale of the property on behalf of the seller, with the help of Andrew Levy of Holliday Fegnolio.  Ryan Coulter of NAI Properties represented the buyer.  Wiggin Properties is a founding member of the CORE Network, a partnership of locally owned market leading service providers in more than 70 cities across the nation.
