(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties completed a 250,000 square foot warehouse sale.  The property is located in Anadarko Oklahoma , and was previously used by a carpet manufacturing company. The purchase price was $300,000. L.D. Brinkman was the seller and Hinton Eats, Inc was the buyer.  Jeff C.
