Lesli Leggett Area Property Manager Lesli has more than 15 years of experience managing office, retail, and industrial properties. She first joined Wiggin Properties in 1992 as an assistant property manager, working on six suburban office buildings. In 1998 she moved to Denver, where she worked for Equity Office Properties and managed the marketing and leasing budgets for assets totaling 11 million square feet. She rejoined Wiggin Properties in 2004, and is currently Property Manager for approximately 530,000 square feet of office, retail and warehouse space. |

| In this position, she oversees the administration, operation, and management of properties for multiple clients. Her responsibilities include the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports, as well as the coordination and supervision of tenant and capital improvement projects, and tenant relations and marketing.
Leggett holds an associate broker's license in the state of Colorado and a Real Property Administrator designation from the BOMA Institute. She received a B.A. in Business Administration from the Univeristy of Central Oklahoma. |
