John Rosanelli has been employed by Wiggin Properties since 1989. His principal responsibilities include supporting six building maintenance engineers and preventive maintenance for over one million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. He is also responsible for energy management, security, and life safety systems, and coordinates contract relationships with third party vendors.

Rosanelli is a licensed journeyman in air conditioning, heating and natural gas piping. He has been certified in proper refrigerant practices and is a licensed boiler operator. He is a member of the Oklahoma Mechanical Inspector's Association.
