Emily Rohleder joined Wiggin Properties' Tulsa office in 1999 as a Property Manager. She is responsible for the management of the Bank of America Center, a 288,000 square foot, 32-story office building in downtown Tulsa. She also handles the management of a retail center and townhomes.

In this position, she oversees the administration, operation, and management of properties for multiple clients.  Her responsibilities include the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports,

From 1998 to 1999 Rohleder worked for Love Envelope Company as a customer service manager, responsible for the organization and management of sales staff. From 1991 to 1998. Rohleder worked for Snappy Car Rental, as a customer service manager.

Rohleder was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has one child. She enjoys supporting her son's athletic teams as well as activities at her church.

Rohleder holds an Oklahoma Sales Associate real estate license, and received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.
