Debbie Whitacre joined Wiggin Properties in 1995 as a Property Manager. She is responsible for the management of 101 Park Avenue, a 189,000 square foot, 14 story office building and was Project Manager for the redevelopment of the 707 N. Robinson building, a 194,000 square foot, 10 story headquarters and laboratory for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. As Project Manager, Whitacre was responsible for coordinating the design phase with the architects and engineers and supervising the construction phase until move-in. She also has been Property Manager for the Northwest

Prior to working for Wiggin Properties, Whitacre was an Asset Manager at Landmark Land Company where she managed over 2 million square feet of office buildings and shopping centers in Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico. Prior to Landmark, Whitacre was a Property Manager and Accounting Supervisor of commercial and residential properties at Charles S. Givens Interests and was responsible for the management of multi-use developments including office, retail, and multifamily properties.

Whitacre is married, has two children, and was raised in Perry, Oklahoma. Her interests include golf, reading, and family activities.

Whitacre holds an Oklahoma Sales Associate real estate license, and is a member of the Oklahoma City Commercial Real Estate Council. She received her BA in letters from the University of Oklahoma.
